gx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case gx88 will provide reasonable notification before any dormancy fees are applied or funds disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Where gx88 has reasonable grounds to believe that continued access would expose the platform or other players to harm, financial risk, or legal liability.
Voluntary Closure by Player

Self-Exclusion
